李家鼎(鼎爺)
香港著名藝員,自幼受父親陪訓,操練出一身好廚藝;同時由於天賦、興趣和不屈不朽的熱血精神,武藝與馬術亦相當精湛,可謂廚武雙全。
於2016年冬,他主持烹飪節目《阿爺廚房》,在節目中鼎爺大顯身手,親自下廚,炮製拿手的粵式小菜、湯水及甜品。他的刀功、他的廚藝,讓觀眾認識和欣賞鼎爺的另一面,亦讓觀眾重新認識粵菜的細緻與美好。
