Merchant Growth Manager 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any field preferred but not limited to Business, PR, Economics, Commerce, Management, Marketing.
  • Min 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B is preferable)
  • Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and productively
  • Strong data analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations 
  • Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

Job Description:

  • Serve as the key person of the Youbeli Merchant Growth team to introduce and recruit new brands, and local and oversea merchants to join as Youbeli sellers.
  • Managing merchants, setting up objectives, and creating long-term growth plans aiming to achieve sales targets. 
  • Continuing to develop initiatives that build the merchant network, maintain a good business relationship, and increase sales performance.
  • Identify and leverage the brands/products’ advantages and market trends to create a win-win collaboration plan.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team and Customer Support team to ensure the growth plan is executed effectively to maximize KPIs

 

 

 

Digital Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising
  • Strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations (proficiency in Google Analytic/skills on advertising is an added advantage)

Job Description:

  • Researching and analyzing industry trends, customers behavior, and identifying potential products to sell from time to time. 
  • Take ownership of the whole marketing campaign cycle, from planning for marketing communication brief, negotiating with Sellers and partners, producing promotional materials, implementing marketing activities to post-campaign analysis. 
  • Strategize, develop & deliver strong pitches to Sellers on Youbeli offerings and proposed co-marketing activities across the online sales cycle
  • Collaborate with industry partners and leverage each other resources in order to create impactful marketing campaigns. 
  • Coordinate marketing activities across departments such as graphic designer, social media, customer support, warehouse, and business development team to convert creative ideas into high performing activities and a flawless customer experience
  • Analyze the performance of ongoing and past marketing campaigns to provide insight into how campaigns can be improved to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze Sellers’ progress and sales performance, be able to identify opportunities to meet sales targets, and create marketing impacts. 

 

 

 

Customer Support Executive

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate or those with 1-2 years in Business E-commerce, Marketing, PR or relevant field is encourage to apply.

  • Handle and support merchants’ enquiries via phone call, email and live chat.

  • Provide guideline and idea on how to increase online sales to merchant.

  • Coordinate with E-commerce consultant on  marketing plans and activities with merchants
  • Coordinate with data entry to ensure merchant’s product uploading to website on time
  • Prepare Weekly E-mail blasting to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or higher

  • Resolves order, product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

  • Required tool(s): Eclipse/ Xcode.
