Option 1: Product Exchange

  • Exchange with other product(s) listed in Youbeli.com
  • If the value of the new item(s) exceeds the amount of the original item, the difference thereof should be paid by the customer.
  • If the value of the new item is less than the amount of the original item, then the difference thereof will be converted to Youbeli Wallet under customer's Youbeli.com account.
  • Delivery charges of the new item will be borne by the customer.
     

Option 2: Convert payment to Youbeli Wallet under customer's Youbeli account

  • The paid amount will be converted to Youbeli Wallet which can be fully redeemed for future orders.
  • Customer will receive a notification via email whenever the Youbeli Wallet is updated.
     

Option 3: Full refund to customer

  • For payment that is paid through credit card / e-wallet, the payment will be proceeded for a reversal transfer back to the original payment account, and it will take approximately 7-14 working days to be reflected in your credit card / e-wallet account.
  • For FPX / Online transfer / Bank in / 7 eleven Razer Cash, bank details will be required by Youbuy Online Sdn Bhd for the refund process. It will take approximately 7-14 working days to be reflected in your bank account.

Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been picked-up, opened or unopened and so on.

For purchased items that is verified and agreed by Youbuy Online Sdn Bhd where the faulty or defective items are a result caused by external factors (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be hand delivered to Youbuy Online Sdn Bhd pick up and payment centre. The shipping costs of the return shall be borne by the client or the seller on the basis of the agreement of both parties.

Under circumstances where products that are required to be sent back to the supplier (local or overseas) additional handling and service charges may occur. These charges are to be borne by the customer, in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer unless the error is caused by our side / the seller.

Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return may incur a re-stocking fee.
 

Important Note:

  • All refund or exchange for any item(s) purchased must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving the products ordered (pick-up or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 3 working days from the received date.
  • Please note that Youbuy Online Sdn Bhd will not be able to accept returns of PC Games due to system incompatibility of games with your PC System. Please note that once you submit a cancellation request for an order, it cannot be reversed. However, you can easily place a new order after cancelling.
 
Before submitting a cancellation request, please check the order status to ensure that it is possible to cancel. There is no cancellation allowed once the order status had updated to “Ready to Ship”.

Cancellation works differently for different types of circumstances: 
  1. Incomplete Payment
- The cancellation can be done instantly any time before the payment is completed.
- If there is no payment in 12 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled by Youbeli. 
 
  1. Paid Local Orders (With or without Pre-Order)
- You can contact Youbeli Customer Support via email/ call/ live chat/ WhatsApp to request for a cancellation with reason when the order is yet to be processed by the seller.
- The seller's approval for the cancellation is required regardless of whether the order is processed/ shipment has been arranged.
- All the cancellation requests shall be responded by the seller within 1-2 business days. If they fail to do so, the order will be automatically cancelled by Youbeli, and you will be refunded accordingly based on your payment method.
 
  1. Paid Overseas Orders 
- You can contact Youbeli Customer Support via email/ call/ live chat/ WhatsApp to request for a cancellation with reason when the order is yet to be processed by the seller.
- No cancellation allowed once the order is processed/ shipment has been arranged.
 
 
Notes for Order Cancellation:
 
  1. You can only submit one cancellation request for every order. If your cancellation request been rejected or withdrawn, you will not be able to submit another request for the same order.
  2. Sellers are allowed to reject the cancellation requests for orders that have been packed/arranged for shipment.
  3. Refunds will be automatically processed upon successful cancellation.
  4. Please be aware that if you only cancel some of the items in your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Buyer Cancellation/ Seller Cancellation/ Youbeli-initiated Cancellation 
There are several ways an order can be cancelled: 
 
  1. Buyer Cancellation 
When a customer requests for an order cancellation, they would be required to state a valid reason for doing so to Youbeli Customer Support, and the Seller shall be notified immediately of the reason. Reasons might be due to: 
- Want to change payment method
- Change/ combine order
- Delivery time is too long
- Duplicate order
 
Please note that, buyers are allowed to request cancel if the order is yet to be processed by the seller.
 
Note: If the seller does not respond to the cancellation request within 1-2 business days, the request will be automatically approved. 
 
  1. Seller Cancellation 
Seller may initiate cancellation while order is still under pending/ to pack, or for reasons such as: out of stock, incorrect pricing, or sourcing delay. 
 
  1. Youbeli-initiated Cancellation 
There are several reasons for why Youbeli will trigger a cancellation: 
- The order has breached the order fulfilment SLA
- Customer has reached out to Youbeli and provided sufficient evidence to prove that the order should be cancelled
- Technical errors during the transaction or fulfilment process
- High risk transactions if fraud is suspected
 
 
  1. How do I check for my cancelled orders?
 
Buyer
  1. An email notification will be sent to the buyer about the cancellation reason and refund method once the cancellation request has approved or the order has cancelled by the seller.
  2. Log into Youbeli’s account.
  3. Go to Your Account > Order History. Click the order to check the order status if it has updated to “Refund”.
 
Seller
  1. Log into Youbeli Sellercenter account.
  2. On the left menu, click Orders Orders.
  3. Filter the order status, multiple selection is available. Seller may select “Request Refund” or “Refund”, or both to check the order status and process.
  4. You may refer to “Note to Customer” for the reason of refund/ cancellation.
 
  1. What is the Youbeli cancellation policy? 
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before proceeding with an order cancellation: 
  1. Youbeli will not be able to reverse or restore a cancellation once it has been completed. 
  2. Any vouchers, discounts, or promotions used with a cancelled order will not be valid for any subsequent orders. 
  3. Youbeli cannot guarantee that the price, stock availability, shipping fee or any other element of a cancelled order will remain the same for any future order. 
  4. Your refund will be processed within 1 business day and credited to your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method, bank and/ or financial institution.

Order - Incomplete Payment
Once you have submitted the cancellation request, your order will be cancelled immediately, and the order status will be changed to "Order Cancelled".  
 
Order - Success Payment
Once you have submitted the cancellation request, the order status will be changed to "Request Refund". Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days upon status updated.

    You can earn Youbeli Reward Points through below 3 ways:

    Beginning December 1, 2022, upon making a point-earning transaction in Youbeli.com, the expiry date of your Youbeli Reward Points will be valid within the next 3 months of your last transaction.

    Example: 

    - You make a point-earning transaction on December 10, 2022, your points expiry date will be March 31, 2023 (3 months from the month of your last transaction). 
    - If you make another point-earning transaction on January 1, 2023, your points expiry date will be extended by one month to April 30, 2023. 

    Remarks: 
    - Making multiple transactions in the same month does not impact your points expiry date.
    - Earning points through successfully rated a product and/ or participating marketing activities will not impact your points expiry date.
    - If there is not point-earning transaction within the 3 months, all Youbeli Reward Points will be expired. 


    Youbeli.com is unable to reinstate your reward points once it is expired. We highly encourage you to monitor closely of the expiry date of the points. You may check your points under “My Account” page > Youbeli Reward Point

     
  5. How to redeem my Youbeli Reward Points
    You can redeem Youbeli Reward Points in ALL STORES in Youbeli.com, except purchase of virtual/ digital products, such as e-vouchers, mobile top up, gaming credits. See exclusions at point 2.

    There is no minimum amount of Youbeli Reward Points required before you can start spending your points. But there are limits on the amount of Youbeli Reward Points you can use, in which each order can be offset up to a maximum of 1,500 points (RM 15.00) or 15% of the total order amount. 


    Example:
    Product Price:  RM 50.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 7.50 (maximum 15% of the product amount)

    Product Price:  RM 100.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 15.00(maximum 15% of the product amount)

    Product Price: RM 200.00
    Maximum Points Redemption: RM 15 (maximum 15% of the product amount)


    You can redeem your Youbeli Reward Points under “Use Reward Points” in checkout page. Once the order is placed, the points will be deducted instantly from your account. 

     
  6. How to check Youbeli Reward Point History
    You can view and track your Youbeli Reward Points transaction through Point History under “My Account” page > Youbeli Reward Point.


    In your Point History, you will see your Points Received from completed purchase and Points Used that were redeemed successfully.

     
  7. Report issue regarding to Youbeli Reward Points 
    Check your Youbeli Reward point history to verify the points earned. In case of discrepancy, please contact us and provide as much information as possible for us to look into the issue.

     
  8. Conditions of Use
    a. Youbeli Reward Points are only available to Youbeli.com registered member.
    b. Youbeli Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases.
    c. Youbeli Reward Points are non-refundable and non-transferrable between members.
    d. Youbeli Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
    e. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded when calculating the amount of points earned.
