Return Policy
1. Moontree offer refund or exchange for items which are found to be faulty (but not guilty), eg. missing pages or manufacturing defects, upon arrival.
2. Refund or exchange requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the items.
3. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
4. Items must be returned in original condition (no written remark or lipstick mark) and with all original packaging and accessories.
5. A full refund will be issued or an exchanged item will be shipped once Moontree has received and processed the returned item.
