1. This Return and Refund policy is only be applicable for M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies eStore.

2. Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and customer wishes to exchange, return or refund, customer need to notify our Customer Service by phone +603 228 00 888 or email [email protected] to report on the products within 3 days after receiving the goods.

3. Please allow up to 7 -10 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

4. Return/Refund of products can be arranged under the following reasons:

   • If the product delivered is with manufacturer's defects 

   • If the product is near expiry or expired

   • If the product is different from the order made.

   • Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

5. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies store. M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to its receiving by us. Customers are advised to pack the product with care to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box / original packaging.

1. M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the customer but M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies.

2. Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. At this juncture, delivery service is extended to Peninsular Malaysia only. For order placed before 12 noon, please allow five (5) working days for processing from date of M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies' confirmation of acceptance of an Order within the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

3. Delivery Charges within Peninsular Malaysia will be calculated based on the weight of the Order received :-

   • For Order 1kg or less per delivery per location : RM8.90

   • For Order more than 1kg per delivery per location : RM6.00 for every additional kg or any part thereof

4. Your order will be sent via the courier service company of our choice which will take approximately 2-4 working days to receive the goods. 

5. The Customer is to notify M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

6. M+ Pharmacy & Natural Remedies reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
