Selangor Information Technology & E-Commerce Council (SITEC) carries the task of encouraging small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the state of Selangor to embrace e-commerce, and to widen their market in a border-less world through the Selangor ONLINE 100 & BRANDS 100 Program. Application Requirements: 

1) Malaysian citizen age between 18-65 years old.

2) A registered business (Enterprise) or company (Sdn Bhd)

3) Major shareholding must be local citizen

4) A local bank account registered under your business or company name

5) Only Shop / Outlet / Retail in Selangor are entitle to join this programme

6) Must be physical product merchant  

7) For BRANDS 100 PROGRAM must have at least 25 Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
