Our Review: As much as we hate to use the phrase 'individual results will vary' unfortunately it's true. Our feedback has shown that results around the stomach in particular, vary from person to person. The level of improvement you experience will depend a lot on the firmness of the areas you hope to trim. Rock hard beer bellies are not going to disappear! To be honest, if your beer belly is very firm, you're not going to get much benefit at all from this slimming shirt. Sorry!

On the other hand, if you want to pull that 'flab' in a size or so, you will definitely see improvement. You will definitely see a difference on your belt line and love handles as well.

IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION: Usually, the best sizing advice is to buy your own size instead of the size you would like to be. However for more dramatic visual improvement, a smaller size can be worn. Please note that this will be less comfortable and you will be more aware of having it on throughout the day. Please do not rely on your clothes size. Measure around your hips and if you are in between sizes or on borderline, take the next size up or down depending on your preference for trimming vs comfort. Either way, we guarantee you'll drop one pants size when wearing the trimming vest.

Please don't worry if your vest feels too small when you first put it on, it is supposed to be tight on your body. The best way to fit into your vest is to step into it, just like you're putting on a wetsuit but without the legs, then just hook over the shoulder straps and you're done.
