IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION: Usually, the best sizing advice is to buy your own size instead of the size you would like to be. However for more dramatic visual improvement, a smaller size can be worn. Please note that this will be less comfortable and you will be more aware of having it on throughout the day. Please do not rely on your clothes size. Measure around your hips and if you are in between sizes or on borderline, take the next size up or down depending on your preference for trimming vs comfort. Either way, we guarantee you'll drop one pants size when wearing the trimming vest.

Please don't worry if your vest feels too small when you first put it on, it is supposed to be tight on your body. The best way to fit into your vest is to step into it, just like you're putting on a wetsuit but without the legs, then just hook over the shoulder straps and you're done.
