Instruction for use: 

1. Shake bottle before use.

2. Remove protective cover vertically. 

3. Gently insert the tip at the entrance of the nostril and spray. 

4. Allow to drain the excess solution and then blow your nose. 

5. Repeat step 3 and 4 on another nostril. 

6. Clean the tip after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.
