This product is called as "Jungle Rock Honey" because it is harvested from the beehives that are built in rock cliff. The honey bees that produce this type of honey is known as eastern honey bee (also known as Apis cerana). Unlike Apis dorsata, Apis cerana build their hives in cavity.
