Even it has huge battery capacity of 20000mAh, the Li-Polymer battery offers compact size in outlook. Casing is made of high quality ABS & PC flame retardant materials.
Supports PD and QC 3.0 Fast Charge
It supports PD charging for MacBook/ MacBook Pro/ iPhone XS Max/ iPhone XS/ iPhone XR/ iPhone X/ iPhone 8/ iPad Pro/ Switch etc. The maximum output power of PD2.0 is 18W. It also supports QC2.0 & QC3.0. The maximum output power of QC3.0 is 18W.
Dual output and Type-C two-way fast charging
It supports dual output and you can charge two devices simultaneously with a maximum total output of 18W. The product is equipped with Type-C two-way fast charging solution. The Type-C and microUSB ports enable rapid recharging of the power pack, when used in conjunction with compatible PD and QC charging equipment.
4 LED indicators indicate power status
LED indicators indicate power status; red light indicates fast charging, a flashing white light indicates that the power pack is charging. Each single white LED is representing 25% of the power pack being charged. The battery is fully charged when all four lights are on.
Supplied with Type-C cable
Included USB-A to Type-C cable with pure copper wires, it can be used for charging and transferring data to the devices with Type-C interface.

Supports PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 Fast Charge
Verbatim 20000mAh power pack can charge up to three devices simultaneously. Incorporating both PD 3.0 PPS, and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology, this power pack supports a maximum total output of 66W. The Type C port supports up to 60W PD charging for MacBook and most laptops with PD charging*.
(*When charging multiple devices at the same time, the PD can only provide 30W.)

Using the two USB A ports you can simultaneously quick charge two devices up to 18W each with Qualcomm QC3.0 and QC 2.0.
PD 60W input and microUSB 18W fast charging
The power pack can be recharged via the Type C port or a microUSB port. The Type C port supports up to 60W allowing you to fully charge your power pack within 2 hours when used in conjunction with compatible PD equipment. The microUSB port supports up to 18W fast charging.

How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, before you proceed to the step of payment issue.
When will I receive my order?
From each of our product description page, you are able to see the estimated delivery schedule of that particular product. Most of our product takes 1 – 6 business days for delivery to most of the major cities in Malaysia ( Penisular ), while delivery to East Malaysia can be take to 3 – 10 business days. Delivery date is much dependent to our courier service provider schedule.
Can I choose the exact time of delivery?
Unfortunately , It is not possible to choose the exact time of delivery as all delivery will be handle by our courier service partners.
Do you deliver everywhere in Malaysia?
Most of the products offered by IT Comp can be delivered anywhere in Malaysia provided the location is reachable within our courier service delivery coverage.
Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
As for time being, we are only accepting order within Malaysia, we will be considering on expending out of Malaysia order if we foresee there is a major needs.
Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. To Be Aware, Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier is here to deliver?
When you are not at home you may ask someone else at home to take delivery of the order on your behalf. Please make sure that this person has your ID, or his/her ID, as well as dated and signed letter of authorization from your indicating that you authorize this person to take delivery of IT Comps order on your behalf.
