Cooking methods

1. Rinse the soup with water and add water (1.5L to 2L)
2. Put the cleaned meat (chicken/spare ribs) into a boil on high heat and skim the foam on it.
3. Slowly cook for one to two hours, then add salt to eat (serves for 4 people)

烹调方法

1.汤料用水冲洗干净加入清水（1.5L to 2L)
2.放入洗干净的肉（鸡/排骨）大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.慢火煲一到两小时，后加盐即可食用（可供4人份）
