烹调方法
1.汤料用水冲洗干净加入清水（1.5L to 2L)
2.放入洗干净的肉（鸡/排骨）大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.慢火煲一到两小时，后加盐即可食用（可供4人份）
