Notice on return or exchange
You can request for return within 3 days upon parcel receipt date.
Return request can be made EXCEPT following cases:
· Due to change of customer mind
· Product boxes/packaging dented or damaged during courier delivery
· Product is used and destroyed or damaged
· Product is dismantled and product value is damaged
· Any component on the product is lost at customer side.
· Damage due to not following instructions included in product
All items will be checked (except Sealed Product) before send out.
If the delivered parcel received is broken or damage in anyway, please do not accept.
Please take note that we will not responsible for the damage that caused by courier service company.

Items sold are NOT refundable /returnable or exchangeable except it has fulfill our Return Policy.
If there is defect on the item (fulfill with Return Policy) that you received or we send you the wrong item, please kindly contact us (email to [email protected]) within 3 days before delivering back to us with the original packaging.

Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund or replacement within 7 business days after the confirmation.
