Method of Cooking
- Add flour and egg to water and mix slow speed for 1 minute using a mixer, then another 4 minutes at medium speed and
is ready to use.
- Heat a lightly oiled Crepe making machine, griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto
the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible.
