1. 'Sumos' Premium Belgian Waffle Mix 1pk
2. Eggs (Grade B) 8 pcs
3. Water 1200ml
4. Flavor (Coconut) 1 pump/10ml
5. Cooking Oil 100ml

Method

1. Mix all ingredient with mixer at a low speed for 1 minute, then to high speed for 15 minutes to get an evenly mixed mixture
2. Scoop the mixture prepared in step 1 into a plastic container/tub
3. Set the waffle maker to 180 deg. C
4. Stir and apply the mixture onto the waffle maker and bake for 5 minutes. The surface of the waffle will turn golden brown once it is done.
5. Cool the waffle with swinging method at least 3 times
