1)You can request for return/exchange within 3 calendar days following delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
  - When request due to change of mind; or
  - when purchased the wrong product; or
  - when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere; or
  - when no proof of purchases is provided; or
  - When product is used, destroyed or damaged; or
  - When tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened; or
  - When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost; or
  - When components of product (including free gift) have been used/lost; or
  - When buyer did not follow instructions included in product and make physical damage to the products.

2)MYIT COMPUTER SDN BHD(1060151-W) reserves the right to reject any warranty, refund, and/or return under circumstances.

3)MYIT COMPUTER SDN BHD do not take responsibility for any damaged and/or missing product during the transit. 
  Please ensure the product is packed appropriately for shipping before sending it back to us.

4)The consumer is responsible for any charges associated with receiving,returning or exchanging the goods.
