The soh hoon / glass noodles / mung bean noodles is packed in 500gm in one bag. This soh hoon is chewy and delicious to eat. You may use it to make soh hoon soto, fried soh hoon and stir fry soh hoon with vegetables.
The soh hoon is made of quality mung bean. It is certified Halal. Usually can be used either to make soh hoon soup, stir fry with vegetables, fried soh hoon and can be used as ingredients to make Vietnam popiah as well. The texture is chewy and once you taste it, you will love it.
