How to Cook: 

What you will need: 

1. 1 set of Lotus Seed Sabah Cave Bird Nest Soup Set with Rock Sugar

2. 1 bowl of water (about 240ml)

How to Make It:

1. Prepare the bird's nest: Rince well. Soak it in cold water for about 2 hours 
2. Place the bird nest in a ceramic pot, and add in water with other ingredients on your choice. 

3. Slow cook / steam for about 1 hour. Add the rock sugar, stir to dissolve.

4. Serve the soup hot.
