Psyllium Husk is an excellent source of soluble fibre. It contains more than eight times of soluble fibre found in oat bran. Psyllium Husk is traditionally used for improving bowel movement, for relieving of mild constipation and/or irregularity
Adults: Take 2.5 grams (one flat tablespoon) with 8 oz (250ml) water or any favourite beverages. Maximum single dose 8 grams and not to exceed 20 grams per day.
Children (6 to 12 years): Take 1.25 grams (one flat teaspoon) with 8 oz (250ml) of water or any favourite beverages. Maximum single dose 4 grams and not to exceed 10 grams per day.
Take more fluid when taking Psyllium Husk for easy bowel movement.
Ingredients: 100% Psyllium Husk. Each 1.5 gm of powder contains of 1.5gm of Plantago Ovata.
