How to use Menthol Crystals for Steam Inhalation :
- Make boiling hot water and pour into a large bowl
- Put 1 teaspoon of Menthol Crystals into the hot water and stir
- Take a big towel to cover your head
- Inhale the steam from the Menthol Crystals & hot water
- Usually 3-5 minutes is enough to inhale
- Drink more water after the inhalation & get rid of any phelgm from our nose & mouth.
