The pens have nylon brush tips. To create color gradations, touch brush tips of different colors together. To blur or lighten colors, touch the brush tips to water before drawing. The ink is dye-based, and you can adjust ink flow by squeezing the ink cartridge. Ink refills are available.
The ink is dye-based and water-soluble.
Note: If you are unable to twist the cartridge off from the brush part (clear barrel) of the pen, try twisting in the opposite direction.
If the tip becomes dry or cracked, submerge the tip (but not the rest of the pen) in hot water for 12 minutes.

What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 14 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site.
Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
