The new Panaracer Race C Evo4 takes the improved suppleness and all round durability provided by our best-selling Race A model and enhanced the feeling on the road with the Classic File Tread pattern. The Race C Evo4's shape has been re-engineered to accommodate wider rim widths to continue to deliver superior grip and low rolling resistance. The file tread pattern gives an enhanced feeling of contact with the road, without compromising rolling resistance.

Panaracers new ZSG Compound further reduces the low rolling resistance of the previous ZSG compound by 10%. In addition, grip in all weather conditions has been improved by 20% over the previous generation. Weve further enhanced the ZSG compound by significantly increase the compounds resistance to cuts out on the road.

Panaracer has always been a great brand to look for when dependable control is high on your agenda. The latest Panaracer Race C Evo 4 Classic maximises grip and protection without killing smoothness or adding excess weight and it adds a retro skin wall aesthetic too.

We already praised the Panaracer Race A Evo 4 Tyrewe last reviewed for its steadfast grip and tough construction that made it more of an all-rounder than Race rubber. The Race C uses the same ZSG Zero Slip Grip compound, AXA Advanced Extra Alpha Cord protected carcass and a Pro Tite anti-puncture layer under the tread. Rather than the slick tread of the Race A, the Race C has a diamond file down the centre and chevron shoulders though. Even more obviously the sidewalls are naked skin wall with a bright cream base.
