Step 1: Begin pouring water slowly toward the center of the grounds. Stop pouring when the scale reaches 20grams. Give the coffee 30 seconds to drip before moving on to the second pour.
Step 2: Starting in the center of the grounds. Pour in a steady spiral toward the center using smaller pulses. Add roughly 40 gras, bring the total to 60 grams. Let it drip for another 30 sec
Pour 3: Starting t the outer rim and moving in a steady spiral toward the center of the grounds using medium pulses. This pour adds another 40 grams, bringing the total to 100 grams. Allow 30-45 seconds to elapse.
Pour 4: Lastly, using bigger pulses of 50 grams to hit the coffee bed hard. This brings the total up to 150 grams and should take another 30-45 seconds.
