功效: 收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心
性味: 味酸、甘,性温。
主治: 用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗盗汗,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心悸失眠。
1、五味子含有丰富的有机酸、维生素、类黄酮、植物固醇等,是少数兼具精、气、神三大补益的药材之一,对神经系统各级中枢及呼吸系统均有兴奋作用,所以可用于镇咳和祛痰,有敛肺止咳的功效。
2、五味子有很好的抑菌作用,对常见的金色葡萄球菌、肺炎杆菌、肠道沙门氏菌、绿脓杆菌等均有抑制作用。
3、五味子能增强身体的防御能力,增加细胞免疫功能,增强肝、脑、脾脏的活性,具有提高免疫,抗氧化、抗衰老的功效。
4、五味子还具有降血压、降血脂、利胆、养阴固肾等功效。
虽然五味子用来泡水喝可降血压、降血脂,但其对胃有伤害,所以不宜长期饮用,一般喝一段时间需停一段时间再接着喝。 五味子还可以泡酒,用五味子泡的酒具有保护人体五脏-心、肝、脾、肺、肾的作用。常饮用可增强人体的免疫能力。但不可连续饮用,要合理安排饮用时间方可起到保健的作用。
食用方式:
五味子茶饮。将3~5克五味子文火炒至微焦后,与适量绿茶和蜂蜜一起用沸水冲泡5分钟,制成五味子茶,常饮可振奋精神,补肾益肝。
五味子泡酒。将新鲜五味子洗净,装入玻璃瓶中,放入白酒中浸泡,密封瓶口,浸泡期间,每日摇晃1次,浸泡半个月后即可饮用。可辅助治疗神经衰弱、失眠、头晕等症状。但是,五味子有小毒,能兴奋呼吸中枢,使呼吸频率及幅度增加,并且有增加胃酸及降压作用。所以一定不能过量使用
