Preparation:
1. Place 2 cups of water (scant) in a wide-bottom pan.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in 1 cup quinoa, cover, and return to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
