Olivenol "ESSENCE" is made with HIDROX, a proprietary multi-action olive polyphonol formulation. HIDROX is a patented formula of hydroxytyrosol derived from olive juice (Olea europaea) and harvested from the pulp of organically-grown olives, with 300 times the activity of extra virgin olive oil without the fats and calories. Hydroxytyrosol is at least 2 times more powerful than Oleuropein(the polyphenol in olive leaf), and more importantly, it is more readily absorbed by the body by a factor of 100 times.
