Himalayan Salt Block Grilled Vegetables:
1. Preheat grill or stovetop to medium-high heat.
2. Wash and slice assorted vegetables into uniform sizes.
3. Lightly brush a food-grade Himalayan rock salt block with olive oil.
4. Place the salt block on the grill or stovetop and heat for 15-20 minutes.
5. Carefully arrange sliced vegetables on the hot salt block to cook directly on the surface.
6. Grill the vegetables, turning them to develop grill marks and become tender-crisp.
7. Season with freshly ground black pepper as they cook.
8. Remove vegetables from the salt block and transfer to a serving platter.
