6. Protect the eVoucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. OGAWA shall not assume any liability in case the EGV PIN gets stolen/compromised, OGAWA shall neither replace the EGV nor refund cash.

8. Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
