This formula treats the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome at the later stage of the injury. With soft bones, weak waists and knees, dizziness, weight loss. Commonly used to treat habitual joint dislocation, injury of tendons, fracture recovery period, elderly fractures and other syndromes are liver and kidney loss.

补肾壮筋汤具有补益肝肾，强壮筋骨之功效。主治损伤后期，肝肾亏损。腰膝无力，步履艰难，头目眩晕，形体消瘦，舌淡脉弱者。

本方治损伤后期，肝肾亏损证。以筋骨痿软，腰膝无力，头晕目眩，消瘦。现常用治习惯性关节脱位、伤筋、骨折恢复期、年老骨折等证属肝肾亏损者。
