Ochazuke, also known as chazuke is a very popular, traditional Japanese dish made by pouring hot green tea over rice with savoury toppings. All you can do is make rice, sprinkle 1 packet of this seasoning over a bowl of rice and pour hot water. Its simple and taste good.
How to use
- Place cooked rice (100g) in a bowl, and add 1 packet of Chazuke.
- Pour boiling water (150ml).
