1. It works with every wireless charger on which it's been tested, but we cannot ensure complete compatibility with all phones or wireless chargers. If your charging is not working, please try to shift the position of the stand or change the wireless charger.

2. Please attach theStandard Glass Stickerto the back of the phone before sticking the phone stand to it, if your phone has a glass back like iPhone 11, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus. Likewise, please attach theSpecial Glass Stickerto the back of your phone first, if your phone has a matte glass back like iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.

3. Not work with iPhone 12 series. There is a magnetic stand & walletfor iPhone 12 series MOFT Snap-On Stand & Wallet

4. Please snap the cards out of the holder (if any) before charging. Charging efficiency can be affected by the cards on the back.

5. Please remove your phone case before sticking MOFT X Compact to it. Charging efficiency can be affected by the material or the thickness of a phone case.

6. RFID is not applied to the phone stand, and its not magnetically attachable.

7.NOT work with MOFT magnetic sticky pads, because theres no metal plate inside the stand.
