The seaweed is dried to ground into fine powder.

Kombu powder is a natural seaweed powder used to impart extra flavor to soups, vegetables and more.

These dark green long sea vegetables are from Kelp & Laminarials Family. Kombu Powder has abundant of corotenes, B1, B2, B12, C, D and E. Vitamins and also containing a great deal of Protein, Carbohydrate, Nicotinic Acid, Isoflavonoids, Saponin and others mineral like Iodine, Calcium, Magnesium, Pottassium, Silica, Iron, Zinc and the powerful skin healing nutrient Germanium. It is higher in natural mineral salts than most other seaweeds.

Suggested Daily Intake:

Usage For Child: Half/ 1/2 teaspoon/ 1-2 teaspoons (App. 2 to 5 gm) to be added to the daily diet as a supplement.

It may be taken on its own or mixed into honey of fruit juice, your favorite drink or any kind of blender shake, It also can be stirred into a flavoured Yoghurt or cereal.
