How To Cook MEWAH's Tri-Mix Rice: Serves 4
> Pour 2 cups of rice into your pot and rinse the rice
> Soak the rice for 30 minutes
> After soaking, strain the rice in a sieve
> Add 2 cups of water for 2 cups of rice
> Add 1 teaspoon of salt (optional)
> Place the rice into the rice cooker and switch it on. Do not lift the cover or stir while the rice is still cooking
> Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork, then serve
