Rempah cengkih merupakan kuntum bunga pokok cengkih yang dikeringkan. Pokok yang berasal dari Maluku,Indonesia ini turut ditanam di Madagascar,Zanzibar,India dan Sri Lanka Bunga cengkih mengeluarkan aroma, digunakan sebagai rempah dalam beberapa jenis masakan dan ia boleh juga dimakan bersama daun sirih bagi menambah rasa manis dan lebih enak.
