Kayu manis merupakan sejenis rempah, dan nama sainsnya adalah Cinnamomum zeylanicum. Ia berasal dari Sri Lanka tetapi banyak diimport dari China dan Indonesia. Digunakan untuk menumis. Ia juga boleh digunakan untuk menambah wangian pada air gula(sirap)semasa merebus. Untuk masakan barat, serbuknya digunakan untuk membuat cinnamon roll dan pai epal dan juga digunakan untuk membuat wangian.

Mewah Cinnamon Stick 20g is the inner peeled bark of Cinnamomum Verum (also known as cinnamon).

Appearance = Orangey brown thin quills, several rolled inside one another
