Mackerel’s flesh is meaty and firm. It can be fried, baked, poached, grilled, marinated, smoked and barbecued.
Wild Caught from Sekinchan. Around 1.2kg to 1.5kg per fish. The fish is weighed before descaling and gutting*. The fish head will be halved, body is Steak Cut and vacuum packed by 2 slices in a pack.
