Suggestion Recipe/How To Use
For colon cleaning and constipation patient are recommended
to 1 teaspoon, 3 times a day on empty stomach continuely for 10 days.
It should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hour after meal.
For healthy maintanence
1 teaspoon , once every Morning on empty stomach. At least 1/2 hour before breakfast.
***Remember to drink lot of water after consuming Psyllium Husk.
