How to cook winter noodles:-Stir-fry method:
1. Soak the vermicelli in water for three minutes to soften, and lift it up on a plate.
2. 2-3 spoons of lard or salad oil, shredded pork (beef, pig, chicken, duck, goose), dried shrimp, cabbage, carrot, salt, soy sauce, vinegar...etc.
3. Put the soaked vermicelli into the pot and stir until the winter vermicelli becomes transparent, and the smooth and fragrant fried vermicelli is obtained.-Cooking method:
1. According to the method and order of fried vermicelli, add more water. (Depending on personal preference)
2. Add the vermicelli after the soup is boiling, turn off the fire for about 4-12 minutes, and the vermicelli soup is delicious..

3.将以浸水过的粉丝放入锅内,搅拌至冬粉露出透明,即得光溜溜、香喷喷之炒粉丝。- 煮食法:
1.依照炒粉丝之方法及顺序,将水多家一些。 (依个人喜好而定)
2.汤沸腾后放入粉丝,约4-12分钟关炉火即为好吃的粉丝汤。
