PSYLLIUM HUSK is a natural agent that provdies sufficient dietary fiber to our bodies. Being a vegetable substance, it does not contain any additives or preservatives & bears pure mechanic action, lubricating & allow intestines cleaing simultaneously. As such there is no harmful side effects; either physiologically or chemically.

Direction for use:

For health maintenance:

Take 1 tablespoon of Psyllium Husk together with half to tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and Organic Eucalyptus Honey in the morning for empty stomach; at least half an hour before breakfast. Sitr biskly and drink immediately ( an additional glass of water or more would be helpful). Always take it with adequate water or juices.

For Colon Cleansing and Consipation:

Take 3 times a day for an empty stomach. Continue for 10 or more days as necessary, Ideally take it half and hour before meal or 2 hours after meal.

Note: For Asthma or Heart patient , please start with 1/3 tablespoon
