How to Use?
1. For normal consumption - add 2 table spoons of Wild Raw Honey into a glass of 300ml lukewarm or cold water. Stir well & drink immediately. Once a day.
2. For External Use – Mix 1 tea spoons of Wild Raw Honey and ½ teaspoon of wheatgrass powder and apply on your face or inflamed area for 15mins. It is recommended to apply Fresh Royal Jelly & Propolis for better healing effects especially on pimples skin.
