Suggested Use
Children age 3-10 years, 1/3 sachet daily, and may slowly increase to 1 sachet if desired after 7 days.
Adults: 1-2 sachets daily, and may slowly increase if desired, after 7 days.
SINEX is best taken 1hr before or after food.

Warnings
DO NOT use this product if you are currently taking any anti-coagulant (blood-thinning) medications such as Warfarin, Aspirin, Coumadin, Vitamin K prescription, or beta blockers, prescribed by your doctor.
