The pancake mix for easy and delicious pajeon at home.
This bag of buchimgaru, or Korean pancake mix, is great for making jeon or buchimgae of all types. Simply mix with water, and add your ingredients of your choice, and enjoy delicious pancakes in your home. No need to fuss with eggs or other ingredients. Feel free to top your pancakes with or add other seasonings to the mix as well. Try adding some gochujang to them for some added heat.
How To Use
For 2 pancakes: Mix 200g of pancake mix with 340ml of water. Add any other toppings, and cook as you would okonomiyaki or a regular pancake. For 500g pancake mix add 850ml of water.
