How to use:

Do not wet skin.

Saturate cotton wool pad with product and gently wipe over the skin without rubbing.

Hold saturates pad over closed eyes for 20 seconds to melt away eye makeup

Repeat until the cotton wool pad comes out clean.

Do not rinse.
