Habhal Kicap Kipas Udang Manis is a sweet molasses-like sauce that is widely used in Malaysian cooking. It is made from soy bean extract, wheat flour, caramel, sugar, salt, and preservatives. A mixture of 3 parts dark soy sauce, 2 parts molasses, and 1part brown sugar makes it a really tasty sauce. Use it as a marinade for chicken or as a dipping mixed with green chillies.
