Usage
Place eggs in a pot and cover by water. Bring to boil until well cooked, then remove heat and let cool. After that, tap the eggs to crack shells.
Place the Tongkat Ali Tea Egg Spices Pack, a bit of soy sauce and salt in the pot, cover by water. Add the eggs and bring to boil, reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.
After an hour, reduce heat and let the eggs steep for at least 5 hours. Eggs can also marinate overnight for richer flavor.

一小时后,关火焖个5小时让鸡蛋更入味。鸡蛋可以静置过夜,味道更浓郁。
