Cooking Suggestions:
1) Restore and Enhance Qi, Improve immune and digestive system (Codonopsis Root "Dang Shen" 10g, Chinese Yam :"Huai Shan" 30g, Polygonatum Root "Yu Zhu" 10g, Wolfberry "Gou Qi" 5g)
2) Tonifying lungs, Relieves symptoms of dryness, Enhance complexion (Radix Glehniae "Sha Shen" 10g, Bulbus Lilli "Bai He" 15g, Radix Rehmanniae "Sheng Di" 8g, Wolfberry "Gou Qi" 5g)
3) Other suggestions: Can be added to soup base for steamboadt, Bak Kut Teh, spicy soup & etc.
Directions: Add 1 packet of Khan Shen Tongkat Ali Soup to 2 - 2.5 litres of water, add Chinese herbs, Red dates and other ingredients (meat) into the pot, bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer for 2 hours. Add some salt and soya sauce as desired before serving.
Storage: Keep in cool dry place, best in refrigerator.
