How To Use
To create sushi rice - cook 2 cups of rice and sprinkle 4 tablespoons for MIzkan Sushi Vinegar once rice is cooked. Lightly mix and cool.Can also serve as salad dressing. Best to mix with cucumbers, onions, and lettuce.
