Application
1. What is the application process?
The application process is as below:
i) Seller to fill in the Cross Border Application Form.
ii) Youbeli will issue the invoice, Seller to complete payment.
iii) Youbeli will assist in SKUs selection to list on Blibli.
iv) Seller to consign selected products to Youbeli warehouse.
2. Can I subscribe to the Sell to Indonesia Package without registering as Youbeli.com seller?
No. You will need to register as a Youbeli.com seller to enable the products to auto-sync from our Seller Center to Blibli.com.
Shipping Process
1. How is the shipping process to Indonesia?
- You will ship your products to our warehouse and we will handle the logistic to Indonesia.
Fees
1. How much is the fee to subscribe to the package?
- We offer two packages, a starter package of RM5,000 and a brand store package of RM25,000.
2. What are the additional fees to be borne by the seller?
- Seller may be borne with inbound and pick & pack fees. Please refer to the warehouse price list for your reference.
Product Storage
1. What item is eligible for warehouse product storage??
- At the moment, our warehouse is only able to store normal-temperature products.
Operation
1. How is the operation for selling to Indonesia?
- Order will be shown from your Youbeli Seller Center, if there's an order from Blibli, our warehouse team will pack & send out the item to Indonesian customers.
