2) If power off because of over-heating, please wait for 1-3 minutes before restart it.

3) It may produce some white stains pots after long time of use, do not worry, it is because of the local water has some mineral elements, you can some the vinegar and baking soda to the pot and wait for 15 minutes, then the stains will disappear.
